The Startup Canada Visa Program targets highly skilled and potential immigrant applicants. In this program, up to 5 applicants who have effectively participated in the creation and implementation of a business plan can apply.
Jobs created by these applicants should:
- Be innovative
- Ability to create jobs for Canadians
- Eligible from the point of view of the Immigration Office
- And be able to compete on a global scale.
Accordingly, the applicant must meet the following conditions:
- CLB 5 in all English language skills (IELTS 5) or French equivalent
- Financial ability
- Obtain a letter of support from Designated Organizations approved by the Canadian Immigration Service
