In this method, by setting up a new or existing active company in Canada, the applicant with a history of management and business ownership in various fields will be able to receive a 2-year work permit while the applicant’s spouse will receive an open work permit. Children will also enjoy free education until high school, and all family members will have free provincial health coverage. Applicants can apply for permanent residence in Canada if they pass a language test with required score in order to obtain enough CRS points higher than cut off in express entry system.
Requirements:
- Minimum investment of C$ 120,000 (C$ 250,000 for Permanent Residence)
- Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Not inadmissible in Canada
Procedures:
- Signing a retainer agreement with a Canadian immigration lawyer/Consultant
- Signing a contract with a lawyer and business appraiser and registering a Canadian company
- Apply for LMIA to receive a job offer from his/her newly purchased company
- Conduct an interview with a ESDC officer before receiving a work permit from IRCC officer
- Complete Business Purchase when enters Canada within 15 days
